Chicken Broth with marrow bone dumplings
*Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms and Black Truffles – our house specialty
*Emu Shepherd's Pie— accompanied by shallots & tomato chutney
Warm Salad of Mung Bean Noodles and a Shredded Confit Duck Leg tossed in a green Thai coconut dressing
*Fettuccine with Crabmeat— the pasta is tossed with crabmeat, garlic, parsley and coriander leaves, white wine & lemon juice
Twice-baked Cauliflower Soufflé with parmesan cheese

Pork Scotch Steak with local pine mushrooms tossed in a smidgen of garlic & cream, served with French fries
“Drunken Chicken” cooked with macerated raisins, almonds, tart apples & tequila, served with a Mexican green rice
Moroccan Lamb Tagine with apricots and plumped prunes, served over cous cous
“Kaninchen mit Waldpilzen” - local rabbit with forest mushrooms, wine & herbs, served with spätzle
“Eisbein” – in-house brined pork shank, de-boned & trimmed, served with champagne sauerkraut, rösti slices and mustard
Free-range Local Goose, roasted, dressed with a sour cherry sauce & served with braised red cabbage and a potato dumpling, accompanied by roasted quince
Market Fish— fresh from the Victorian Fish Market. Your wait staff will tell you about this.
Your Choice of our Range of Curries— Sri Lankan Beef, traditional Indian Roghan Josh, Cashew Nut with Cauliflower, Sri Lankan Fish or Parsi Chicken - Prepared with an in-house blended spice mix, served with Jasmine rice, a cucumber & yoghurt salad, chutney & pappadams.
